Collection Costs

Traditionally agent's fees for property management services in NSW are charged as a percentage of the rent collected.

Since 1993 agent's fees have been deregulated which means agents can charge a competitive fee which reflects both the value and the range of their services.

As a result there are many cheap agents who provide very basic services. Prudential Real Estate Campbelltown is not the cheapest agent however we pride ourselves in delivering the best “value for money” service in the district.

Our team members are all fully-trained, experienced professionals who maintain their proficiency with regular training and skill development programmes throughout the year. The simple answer is YES. But expert management ensures these costs occur as rarely as possible.
 
Tenancy Agreement Preparation Fee $55.00 per letting
Administration Fee $6.00 per statement
Attendance at court / tribunal $165.00 / hour
Service of notice / summons At cost
Applying for court / tribunal order At cost
Arrangement / supervision of repairs $88.00 / hour
Preparation of court / tribunal hearing $165.00 / hour
Processing insurance claim $330.00 per claim
Marketing / Promotion $100.00 per letting
